Conflict coaching, based on the CINERGY® model developed by Cinnie Noble, is a structured, one-on-one process that supports individuals in managing and resolving interpersonal conflicts more effectively.

The process usually requires a commitment of an hour a week for 5-8 weeks.

The model blends principles from conflict management, coaching, neuroscience, and communications theory, guiding clients through a seven-stage framework.

These stages help clients gain clarity about the conflict, understand their own triggers and patterns, build self-awareness, and develop strategic responses.
