I specialize in helping individuals navigate complex interpersonal workplace challenges with clarity and confidence.

A Bit About Me

I’m an international medical graduate and a neurodiverse individual who has faced significant challenges in learning how to manage conflict in ways that support and strengthen relationships, rather than harm them.

Through extensive training in communication and alternative dispute resolution, I’ve discovered strategies that help me navigate conflict more effectively—not just in external situations, but also in how I relate to it internally with greater balance and ease.

Having come this far, I’m eager to continue growing and deepening my understanding. At the same time, I feel called to share what I’ve learned with others at the beginning of their careers, in the hope that their journey might be a little smoother than mine.
